Project Engineer/Technical Supervisor (Electrical)

Job Description:

• Roster: 5:2/4:3
• Hours: 12-hour days
• Duration: 3 to 6 months
• Start Date: Immediate

Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on electrical engineer looking to contribute to a high-profile brownfields project with a strong safety and compliance culture.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in the design and/or site support of electrical non-process infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with Rio Tinto electrical standards or equivalent.
• Strong background in quality assurance and quality control.
• Demonstrated client-side and contractor management experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site electrical engineering support during construction and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific electrical standards.
• Perform QA/QC reviews and inspections of electrical installations.
• Collaborate with client representatives and contractors to manage delivery and resolve issues.
