Are you a passionate and experienced Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist (4+ years) seeking an exciting opportunity to work autonomously and make a real difference in the lives of children and families in Dubbo, NSW?
Canobolas Kids Health, an award-winning and dynamic multidisciplinary allied health service based in the Central West, is expanding its reach and looking for a motivated and skilled Senior Physiotherapist to establish and grow our paediatric physiotherapy services in the vibrant community of Dubbo.
This is a unique opportunity to build your own caseload based on your interests and expertise, while being supported by a well-established and highly regarded organisation. You will have the autonomy to shape your practice and become a key figure in delivering exceptional paediatric physiotherapy care in the region.
During the orientation period this role will require at least 1 day per week to be completed in Orange. This requirement will look different depending on experience level.

A recognised degree in Physiotherapy.
Current registration with AHPRA.
A valid Working with Children Check.
Extensive experience (4+ years) in the assessment and therapy of children from birth to 18 years, across a diverse range of conditions (your skills may be broad or more specialised!).
Proven ability to collaboratively work with children and their families to develop meaningful, functional goals and effective therapy plans.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear clinical note-taking and effective communication with the broader healthcare team.
Demonstrated experience and understanding of NDIS, private, and Medicare funding schemes.
A willingness to supervise physiotherapy students and junior colleagues.
You are proactive, independent, and eager to build a successful physiotherapy practice within the Dubbo community.
