💥 We’re Hiring: Telehealth Paediatric Physiotherapist (NDIS Wizard Wanted!) 💥
Let’s cut to the chase.
We’re not looking for a robot. We’re not looking for someone who needs a checklist to breathe.
We’re looking for a rare breed — a telehealth paediatric physiotherapist who actually gets the NDIS, can write a damn good report that makes planners’ lives easier (and families feel seen), and knows how to work within the Keyworker model to create actual transformation… not just tick boxes.
🚀 About the Role
This isn’t just about "doing telehealth."
This is about becoming a a figure in a child’s care team — guiding families, collaborating with other therapists, and delivering evidence-based, play-centred, capacity-building physiotherapy that creates change at home, not just in a session.
You’ll work from anywhere in Australia. You’ll have control over your time. And you’ll be trusted to own your caseload like the professional you are.
🧠 What You Must Know
You’re not new to this. You:
Know the NDIS inside and out — you’ve written reports that get results.
Understand how to set and measure functional goals (and explain them in plain English).
Have worked with children with developmental delays, disabilities, or complex needs.
Aren’t afraid of messy situations, big feelings, or hard conversations.
Can spot red flags a mile away — and actually do something about them.
💛 Who You Are
Let’s be real. You’re:
Sharp — not just clinically, but emotionally.
Confident with tech — Zoom, simple record-keeping, collaborative tools.
Independent but collaborative — you’re not looking to be micromanaged, but you love being part of a mission-led team.
Obsessed with writing reports that mean something — not fluff, not jargon, but practical documents that make a difference.
🌈 Why This Role Rocks
100% Remote: Work from your kitchen, a coworking space, or a kombi van on the coast.
Flexible Hours: You decide when you work — as long as you show up, do great work, and respect families’ needs.
Supportive Team: We’re big on connection, supervision, and real feedback.
Trauma-Informed & Family-Centred: No “one-size-fits-all” here.
You’ll Matter: Your voice counts. Your input shapes how we do things.
📋 The Non-Negotiables
AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
Experience working with paediatric clients in the NDIS.
Real, practical knowledge of writing outcome-driven NDIS reports.
Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (we can help you get it if needed).
Comfortable working in telehealth (we’ll support your setup if needed).
👋 How to Apply
Send us your resume and a cover letter that doesn’t suck (tell us something real) to:
📧 [email protected] and [email protected]
PS:
If you just want a job to log hours and coast… this ain’t it.
But if you want to use your brain, change lives, and grow with a team that actually cares — we can’t wait to meet you.
