- Oversee the Faculty’s annual load planning and admissions strategy, including coordination with central services (e.g., Student Services, Planning, Marketing) on course availability, intake quotas, VTAC selection processes, and the application of entry criteria across all admission pathways.
- Support academic quality assurance and external accreditation requirements, building collaborative frameworks with academic staff and schools to ensure timely and consistent documentation aligned with policy, compliance standards, and institutional priorities.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or extensive experience with demonstrated management expertise.
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Extensive knowledge of course and curriculum processes, as well as admission and selection practices, within an education environment.
- Proven experience in the higher education sector, ideally in academic services, admissions, and selection.
