We’re currently expanding our high-performing sales team and are seeking motivated professionals with wine and sales experience, ideally from similar retail, DTC, or hospitality-driven wine businesses.

The Role:
Conduct outbound wine sales calls to engaged customers
Build rapport and drive repeat business and referrals
Provide excellent customer service, including some inbound support
Work with an evolving portfolio of wines and offers
Track performance and meet achievable KPIs
Contribute to a supportive, performance-focused culture
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in outbound sales (ideally 2+ years in wine, liquor, or FMCG sales)
Wine industry knowledge – WSET certification highly regarded
RSA (Australia-wide) required
Excellent communication, time management, and resilience
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours/week (full-time also available)
Hybrid availability – office days in North Sydney + remote work options
When working remotely:
Stable internet connection (ADSL/NBN)
PC-compatible headset and quiet, dedicated workspace
