Sales Associate Position Available

StretchLab is seeking a Sales Associate to oversee sales and bookings for our

brand new studio that will be located in [Insert Location Name].

Founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab is the industry leader in offering

one-on-one assisted stretching. With Co-Founders coming from the Personal Training

industry, Stretch Lab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to ‘Live Long’.

StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields –

physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, Remedial massage and more –

and brought in the world’s leading authority on stretching and flexibility to deliver on the

promise of having the finest team of stretching professionals gathered anywhere.

StretchLab’s training ensures that client’s receive a world class stretching session.

StretchLab Australia currently has 7 locations signed up and 3 Studios open with

immediate plans for further expansion.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

● Greet members and welcome them to the studio

● Assist with member check-in and introducing them to their flexologist

● Have a thorough understanding of the brand, the stretching techniques and the

StretchLab policies and safety rules

● General cleaning of the studio including, but not limited to, bathrooms and toilets

● General studio upkeep duties including washing and folding towels, cleaning of

any benches and equipment so that is is available for client use at any given time

● Administer sales calls

● Implement, assist and/or manage grassroots marketing initiatives

● Develop a strong understanding of the studio management and booking system

● Managing prospects and members through ClubReady

● Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Required Skills/Experience:

● A love of the boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching,

mobility and flexibility

● Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people

● Fantastic communication skills that exudes empathy

● Solid writing and grammar skills

● Professional, punctual, reliable and neat

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy

● Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
