About us

Amatrice is the creation of two Melbourne restaurateurs – Dave Parker (San Telmo, Pastuso, Palermo, Asado, Robata - 1 Hat, Neptune Food & Wine) and Alex Brawn (Good Food Guide-listed sea-side diner Sebastian). Amatrice is the first in a planned group of Mediterranean venues by the duo.

About the role

With growth comes exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to help oversee the operations of this landmark business. You will be leading an existing kitchen brigade and working closely with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to deliver an experience worthy of consideration amongst Melbourne’s most renowned restaurants.

We are searching for the best. A visionary chef with the skills to train and develop, and the drive to achieve business objectives. Key to success is a strategic long-term approach to recruitment, training and leadership.
