What You'll Do:

As a Project Manager at Xzibit, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of our exciting projects.

You'll be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial briefing to final handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

Highly capable at project quoting: Accurately developing comprehensive project quotes, considering all aspects of the project scope and resources.

Effectively coordinating internal teams (design, production, installation) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, suppliers).

Developing and managing project plans: Creating detailed timelines, resource allocation plans, and communication strategies.

Budget management: Monitoring project costs, tracking expenditure, and ensuring financial targets are met.

Managing third-party suppliers: Identifying, sourcing, negotiating with, and overseeing external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of their services and materials.

Risk management: Identifying potential risks and developing proactive mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder management: Building strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, and managing expectations.

Quality assurance: Ensuring all work meets Xzibit's high standards and client specifications.

Problem-solving: Proactively identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Reporting and documentation: Maintaining accurate project records and providing regular progress reports.

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager, ideally within a related industry (e.g., events, construction, design, fabrication).

Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

A proactive and solutions-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated ability to develop accurate and competitive project quotes.

Experience in managing and coordinating with a variety of third-party suppliers.

Proficiency in project management software and methodologies.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

The ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

A passion for creating impactful and engaging spaces.
