They provide taxation, compliance, and advisory services to a broad range of clients including SMEs, family groups, trusts, and SMSFs.

They are now looking for a full time enthusiastic Office Manager/Senior Administrator to help support the wider team. This a great opportunity for someone who wants a close-knit team that provides autonomy, access to engage with interesting clients and a genuine work life balance.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparation of ASIC forms, minutes, resolutions, and other relevant forms
Preparation and follow-up of ASIC annual statements
Applications for ABN’S, TFN’S, GST and PAYGW via the ABR and ATO portal
ATO and ASIC lodgments and reporting
Client onboarding including preparation of engagement letters
Preparation of lodgment reports and sending them to team members to ensure lodgment deadlines are met
Liaising with various Government departments i.e. the ATO/ABR and ASIC to lodge/update client information or follow-up client requests
Corresponding with clients via letter or email and actively communicating with them to ensure lodgment deadlines are met and client documents are available to the accountants
Preparation of invoices, & or managing that process
Set-up of companies, superannuation funds and trusts and maintaining these according to statutory requirements
Manage/liaise with “Offshore” team to handle processes
Scheduling client meetings for the Director
The perfect candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in a Office Manager/Senior Administrator role, ideally in in a professional practice. As an individual you will be friendly, down to earth, tech savvy and willing to lend a hand. It is imperative you have amazing interpersonal and communication skills as you are the first point of contact for all clients.
