Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic customer focused International Trade Administrator based at Dandenong South. This role provides support for import and export drop ship orders. It is a 6-month maternity leave cover and reports to our Customer Service Manager.

Essential Job Functions

· Managing the AU Global Inbox for Dropship Orders

· Keying drop shipment orders in SAP

· Following up on shipping documentation and forwarding shipping documents

· Confirming freight forwarder details with customers

· Following up on customer orders and responding to customer enquiries

· Liaising with sales reps on customer orders

· Emailing customer invoices

· Provide back up support to our Australia & NZ Customer Service teams

Qualifications / Skills / Experience

· A proven track record in providing a high-level customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

· SAP order entry experience is preferable, or the ability to learn new systems quickly

· Ability to work both independently and part of a team

· Flexibility and a 'can do' attitude

· High attention to detail

· Be a driven and high-energy individual with strong initiative

· Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise

· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

· Excellent problem-solving skill

· Previous experience with international drop shipment orders is an advantage

· Experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
