With our fleet of 6 Piaggio Ape mobile bars and bespoke beverage experiences, we bring energy, elegance, and serious hospitality know-how to every gig. We’ve carved out a name for ourselves in the events and drinks world, and now we’re looking for a key player to help us scale things up.

We’re looking for a dynamic Business Manager to join our team on a 6-month parental leave contract — with the opportunity for ongoing work beyond the contract for the right person. You’ll lead, grow, and streamline our events business, working closely with our Director and Event Delivery Executive to secure new clients, retain loyal customers, and ensure every event runs like clockwork.

From sales strategy and customer relationships to budgets, reporting, and on-ground activations — you’ll own the business side of events with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Retention: Strengthen client relationships, secure contract renewals, and increase repeat bookings

Customer Acquisition: Drive new business through outreach, pitches, tastings, and partnerships

Event Activation: Oversee logistics, inventory, and staffing in collaboration with the Event Delivery team

Financial Management: Track event P&Ls, manage budgets, oversee invoicing, and drive commercial outcomes

Leadership: Coach and develop the team, set performance goals, and lead by example

Reporting: Maintain clear, accurate event, sales, and financial reporting using CRM and internal tools

What You’ll Need

Proven experience in events, hospitality, or sales/business management

A commercial mind and customer-first approach

Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail

Confidence with numbers, reporting, and budgeting

Great people leadership and team development capability

Familiarity with CRM and stock/logistics systems

A love for creating great experiences and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
