About the Role

This role is responsible for the quality and continuous improvement and innovation of learning resources, assessment tools, and overall student experience. The role requires collaboration with trainers and assessors, student support, product, and IT teams to maintain high standards in training and assessment. A primary focus is on researching the latest innovative ideas and technologies and integrating them into the learning lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the review and improvement of learning resources, leading validation activities for assessment tools, and ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations. The program manager also monitors and analyses student satisfaction metrics and feedback to implement strategies for improving the quality of the learning experience.

This position will liaise with compliance to ensure adherence to institutional policies, the Standards for RTO 2015, and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the continuous improvement of learning materials, assessment tools, and training delivery in line with industry and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with trainers, assessors, student support, compliance, product and IT teams to enhance student experience.

Oversee validation activities and ensure assessments remain current, valid, and engaging.

Monitor student satisfaction metrics and drive initiatives to improve outcomes and course quality.

Support corporate delivery by designing tailored models, updating TAS documents, and briefing internal stakeholders.

Ensure accurate reporting and data entry to meet compliance requirements including ASQA and National Code standards.

Champion innovation by researching and integrating new technologies and learning approaches.

About you

Experience in developing and reviewing VET learning and assessment resources.

Strong understanding of compliance requirements (e.g. Standards for RTOs 2015, AQF, AQTF).

A relevant vocational qualification, with TAFE Certificate IV or a Bachelor of Education preferred.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.

Familiarity with LMS platforms and data-driven approaches to improving student outcomes.

A commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining industry currency.
