💰 Hourly Rate: $27.32 – $33.65 (WT 2.1 to 3.4, depending on qualification and experience)

Are you an enthusiastic Educator ready to make a meaningful impact in early learning? Busy Bees at Oxley is looking for a qualified and dedicated Full-Time Educator to join our team and support the development and wellbeing of children aged 0–5 in a safe, inspiring, and nurturing environment.

About the Role

As an Educator at Busy Bees at Oxley, you will:

Contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging educational experiences

Support children’s individual needs through play-based learning

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators

Maintain compliance with EYLF, NQS, and all regulatory requirements

Work collaboratively in a team-focused environment

What You’ll Need

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)

Current Working With Children Check (Blue Card – QLD)

Valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

Child Protection training
