👩‍🏫 1. Educational Leader (Full-Time)

Hourly Rate: $38.15 – $39.25
Step into a key leadership role where you’ll inspire, mentor, and support your team to achieve educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide curriculum planning and pedagogy across the service

Lead professional learning and development for educators

Support team members in implementing EYLF and NQS frameworks

Drive continuous quality improvement through reflective practice

Bonus:

Additional biweekly leadership allowance

🌱 2. Lead Educator – 2–3 Years Room (Full-Time)

Hourly Rate: $33.05 – $37.59
Create a nurturing and inspiring space for our toddler age group and lead your room with confidence and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging programs aligned with EYLF

Support children's development, routines, and transitions

Mentor assistant educators and foster strong family relationships

🌼 3. Casual Educator

Hourly Rate: $33.53 – $41.30

Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment

✅ What You’ll Bring

Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) and a valid first aid.

Educational Leader role: Prior experience mentoring or leading teams, strong knowledge of EYLF & NQS.

Passion for delivering high-quality early learning programs

Commitment to building strong relationships with families and children.
