Client is an established, well respected and specialist consultancy offering professional construction services across development management, project management, architecture and quantity surveying. As result of continued growth they are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager and / or a Project Manager to join their business

Your new role
The role is a traditional client-side role. It will involve working alongside variety of clients to manage their projects end to end from inception right through to project delivery. Providing technical leadership from planning, design, approvals, procurement and right through to management of main contractors as a supers re through to project completion. The client has varied client base covering public sector projects in health, education, civic as well large asset owners and other private developers working across commercial and residential projects. The role is client facing, so requires an effective positive, proactive communication style.

What you'll need to succeed
The client is looking for an experienced client side project manager. Candidates will either be tertiary qualified in architecture, quantity surveying or construction management and will ideally have experience working for a similar consultancy delivering similar projects. If that experience is in the southeast Queensland region with network of sub-consultancies and contractors that would be a plus

The client may look at experienced Contract Administrators with main contractors or Architects / Quantity Surveyors from a similar consultancy environment that have a real and genuine interest in working in client side and having a broader impact on project delivery.

What you'll get in return
Client looking for an asap start for the suitable candidate. They are offering good projects and an excellent supportive environment surrounded by high calibre project professionals that can provide excellent mentorship. The company has a mature and sensible office environment. Suggest salary level in the 130-150k range plus super for senior PM level candidates. PM level probably at the 110-130k range depending on experience, but they do offer some flexibility at either end for particularly suitable candidates.
