About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight of multiple concurrent construction projects and contracts. You will lead safety initiatives, manage subcontractor performance, establish and track budgets, and represent the company in high-stakes discussions with clients. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to bids and proposals for future works.

This is more than just a coordination role – it’s about owning delivery outcomes, making strategic decisions, and supporting a high-performance culture.

What You’ll Do

Develop project structures, scopes, and baseline schedules

Monitor key performance indicators and contractual deliverables

Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with project milestones

Establish and manage operating budgets in collaboration with clients and internal teams

Prepare and negotiate Change Requests

Identify risks and opportunities, using data to inform and drive outcomes

Ensure compliance with safety policies and promote a safety-first culture

What We’re Looking For

5–10 years of project management experience in construction or related engineering fields

Strong working knowledge of project scheduling tools and processes

Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple active contracts

Demonstrated leadership in risk management, safety, and stakeholder communication

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project/Facility Management (or equivalent experience)

Current driver’s licence and White Card

PMP certification (preferred) – support available for candidates willing to pursue certification

Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background is a bonus
