Working in and out of our Rocklea Operations, your Primary Duties will be:

Manage and direct the workshop to ensure that efficiencies in the operation are achieved and monitored, quality work is produced, and customer needs are satisfied.

Responsible for planning, leading and supervising the day-to-day activities of the Workshop and Field Service Technicians.

Establish goals and objectives for your self and team and implement accordingly to help support/improve job performance (experience, ability, competence)

Carrying out electrical works and fit-up of outlets and ancillary equipment during pre-delivery and commissioning process.

Complete Blue Diamond Machinery commissioning and testing documentation as per internal quality processes and Australian Standards.

Have flexibility to move between workshop and field-based projects as required to meet operational demands.

The suitable applicant will have:

An Australian Electrical License

A positive can-do attitude and a team player mentality.

Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills.

The ability to work autonomously

Hard working and willingness to work additional hours to ensure jobs are completed on time.

Attention to detail providing high quality electrical installations and repairs.

Strong focus on general safety standards and work methods.
