The role of Electrical Engineer requires:

• The design of engineering solutions to fulfil customer requirements.
• Preparation of engineering design documentation and drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Define customer needs and requirements.
• Development of electrical designs from concept through to detailed design, construction and commissioning.
• Design of electrical and control systems for brown fields and green fields sites.
• Performance of Option Studies and Feasibility Studies.
• Development of detailed design packages.
• Perform engineering calculations and develop engineering documentation to support design decisions.
• Development of electrical drawings as part of the electrical design process.
• Management of own time and design and drafting time for assigned projects.
• Delivery of engineering projects on time and on budget.
• Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards.

Skills required

• 3+ years of engineering experience.
• Eligibility to apply for Chartered Status with Engineers Australia and registration as an RPEQ withing the next 3 years.
• Detailed knowledge of relevant Australian standards, NCC, and building regulations.
• An aptitude and passion to achieve growth.
• Ability to foster and maintain interpersonal and client relationships.
