Your part in St Andrew’s War Memorial

Responsible for the provision of thorough administrative support for our Emergency Department, you will provide exceptional customer service for patients and visitors to your unit.

You will apply sound interpersonal communication and organisational skills in liaising with a wide range of health professionals, patients and visitors, with a commitment to integrity and confidentiality when dealing with personal information.

What makes a difference for us?

Experience working within a Private Practice and/or Emergency Dept preferred.

Medical Accounts experience is desirable.

Excellent customer service and administration skills.

Ability to work well within a team environment, with conflicting priorities and deadlines.

Ability to multitask and work unsupervised, quickly and efficiently.

Experienced using Cerner and/or other Medical Software.
