Your Opportunities
Lead a key function that powers Trilogy’s rapid expansion and sector leadership. You will be empowered as the trusted voice of the partner—both across our organisation and throughout the industry. - Building and growing a high-performing Relationship team

- Developing strategy and structures that position Trilogy as the most compelling partner for industry success
- Enabling deeper engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes from our partners
What You’ll Drive
- Growth of Trilogy’s care coordinator and service provider relationships
- Systems and processes that embed Trilogy as a vital contributor to partner success
- A communication strategy that keeps partners informed, aligned, and connected to our mission
- Training materials, resources, and guidance that strengthen the partner experience
- Deep collaboration across Care, Clinical, Sales, Compliance, Operations, and Finance teams
- Continuous improvement initiatives that remove friction and unlock more value for partners
- Contribution to referral and retention metrics, supported by robust analytics and reporting
What You'll Bring
- Strong experience in account, relationship, or partnership management
- Leadership capability with experience growing teams and driving outcomes through others
- Commercial and interpersonal skills in equal measure
- Experience in aged care, disability, health, caregiving, or adjacent industries
- Discipline around data, KPIs, and improvement cycles
- Ability to translate feedback into action and drive meaningful change
- A clear communicator who thrives in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
