About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced VET Trainer & Assessor to join our clients Health Programs team on a part-time basis (approx. 25 hours/week). This flexible role combines remote online training with in-school EVET delivery, providing both autonomy and variety in your week.
You’ll primarily deliver the HLT33021 Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance and may support delivery across other health and support qualifications on scope.

HLT33021 Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance
HLT47715 Certificate IV in Medical Practice Assisting
HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance
CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability)
BSB30120 Certificate III in Business (Medical Administration)
Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging face-to-face and online training sessions
Conduct assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback
Support students at risk and implement Learning Support Plans as needed
Monitor and report on student progress and outcomes
Collaborate with the Program Manager to maintain consistency and quality
Contribute to continuous improvement of learning materials and strategies
What You’ll Bring
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
Relevant vocational qualifications in Allied Health or Community Services
Experience in VET training and assessment within health programs
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
AHPRA registration (highly regarded)
Strong digital skills across LMS platforms (Moodle, aXcelerate) and video tools (Zoom, Teams)
Excellent communication, time management and student support skills
