About the role

Chullora Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Dispensary Technician to join our team in Greenacre, NSW. This full-time role is an integral part of our pharmacy operations, responsible for efficiently and accurately dispensing medications to our patients.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications, following all relevant laws, regulations, and pharmacy protocols
• Use pharmacy software to enter patient information, process prescription orders, and maintain accurate records
• Assist pharmacists with inventory management, stock control, and ordering of pharmaceutical supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering questions and addressing any concerns
• Maintain a clean and organised dispensary to ensure efficient workflow
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry changes

What we're looking for

• Completed Pharmacy Technician training or relevant qualifications
• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Pharmacy Technician in a community or hospital pharmacy setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers
• Proficient in using pharmacy management software and technology
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and upholding ethical standards
