About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Administrative Services Officer to join our dedicated Transition Care Programme (TCP) team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the go-to person for providing administrative support to the TCP Service Manager and wider team. Your day-to-day will be varied and rewarding—ranging from reception duties and data entry to maintaining accurate records and managing internal filing systems. You’ll also act as a key contact point for enquiries, ensuring information on programmes and services is shared with clarity and care.

As part of a friendly, multi-disciplinary team, you’ll play an important role in helping older Australians transition smoothly from hospital care to their home or another long-term care setting. If you have a knack for multitasking, a passion for helping others, and strong attention to detail, this could be the ideal opportunity to contribute to a service that truly makes a difference in people’s lives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse clients

Proven experience in administration, reception, and customer service

Strong computer skills, especially in Word, Excel, and data entry

Ability to manage time effectively, maintain confidentiality, and work flexibly
