Experience & Qualifications: Supervisor

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.

Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities: Supervisor

Customer Service: Greet and assist guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming dining experience.

Food & Beverage Service: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage tables efficiently.

Preparation: Assist in the preparation of the dining area before service, including setting tables, arranging seating, and ensuring cleanliness.

Support: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.

Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately and efficiently.

Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and kitchen areas.

Flexibility: Adapt to various roles as needed, including hosting, serving, and bussing tables..

Requirements:

Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service

RSA certification and awareness of WHS practices

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings

Reliable transportation to and from Peterson House or Blaxland Inn Steakhouse
