Carpet Court is part of Australia's largest floor and window covering retail specialist with over 200 stores all across the country. We have two retail stores south of the river with a Luxaflex Gallery store in one of our retail shops.

A fulltime opportunity has now become available for a Sales Consultant in our Myaree store to join our Luxaflex Blinds & Curtains team

The exciting opportunity will see you work one on one with clients. From establishing their window covering needs to product recommendations and solutions and closing the sale.

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

Working with clients and guide them through the selection experience that we offer

In home consultations and understanding the clients brief with the aim to exceed client expectations

Follow up on all client leads with the aim to build and maintain client relationships

Providing clients quotes and data input to ensure client service excellence is maintained

Ad-hoc duties with the willingness to take on additional tasks that may become available

Contribute to be a positive,fun and professional team memeber

Meet Sales targets

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

You will be dealing directly with the public as well as with builders and Interior designers

Be flexible to work Saturdays across retail trading hours and stores

Have excellent communication and negotiating skills

Previous experienced within a similar retail / sales role will be highly regarded

Be able to measure windows with at least 2 years' experience in measuring and ordering

Manage customer feedback and queries

A current driver's license and vehicle is essential

Full training will be provided

A Generous Base wage and fuel allowance plus Commission Package for the successful applicant.
