About the Role
As an HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing air conditioning and mechanical services projects from start to finish.

Managing budgets, resources, and ensuring timely project delivery within scope.

Coordinating with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams.

Conducting site take-offs and measurements.

Estimating, tendering, and managing procurement processes.

Identifying project risks and implementing effective solutions.

Providing technical expertise to the project team and subcontractors.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in HVAC project management, including commercial installs, fit-outs, and refurbishments.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chilled water, condenser water, DX, ventilation).

A proactive and solutions-driven mindset.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with ductwork installation, take-offs, and site measuring.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Essential Requirements

Experience in tendering and quoting in the HVAC field.

Strong experience in the sheet metal field.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Intermediate-level computer skills.

Current driver’s license.
