About the Role
In this role, you’ll support individuals recovering from injury or illness, facilitating return-to-work outcomes and helping clients reach their career goals following life-altering changes. You’ll work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement tailored plans that support sustainable recovery and employment outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and design individualised return-to-work programs.
• Guide and support clients as they adapt to new vocational goals.
• Liaise with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated care and progress.
• Identify barriers to return-to-work and recommend effective interventions.
• Conduct workplace visits and provide education to promote safe, supportive environments.

What You Bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiotherapy, Physiotherapy or Osteopathy (Bachelor or Masters).
• Registration with AHPRA
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A commitment to person-centred, evidence-based practice.
• Motivation to make a meaningful impact through rehabilitation support.
