Deliver on-the-spot clinical advice, triage minor injuries, and coordinate return-to-work strategies
Offer proactive wellbeing coaching and stress support
Provide audiometry and drug and alcohol testing
Support recovery and return to work
Manage a caseload of injured workers with a focus on recovery and independence
Collaborate with employers, workers, GPs, and insurers to develop tailored rehab plans
Attend case conferences, prepare reports, and facilitate meaningful return-to-work outcomes
Be part of the worksite
Build long-term relationships with onsite managers and teams
Travel monthly to regional or interstate locations (travel expenses covered)
Work flexibly, with non-onsite tasks completed remotely
About You
Allied Health qualified (EP, Physio)
