Casual Educator (Diploma Qualified or Certificate III)

Permanent Diploma Qualified Educator

Are you passionate about early childhood education? Little Blessings Early Learning Centre is looking for energetic, dedicated educators to join our nurturing team!

About You:

Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Certificate III (for casual role)

Have at least 3 years' experience in an early learning environment

Possess Room Leader experience (preferred for permanent role)

Confident in creating monthly lesson plans with engaging, developmentally-appropriate activities

Able to confidently embed the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) into your practice

Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive attitude every day

Strong understanding of child development, inclusion, and best practices in early learning

Needs to be a self starter and take initiative and a passion to own the room and run activities as required
