About the Role:
Do you have a passion for working with at-risk young people and supporting them to engage in prosocial behaviours and form positive connections in their community?

The Diverge program supports young people aged 10-17 who are at risk of involvement with the justice system. As a Case Manager, you will work alongside young people to build trust, identify their goals, and create pathways to re-engagement in education, community, and family life.
If you're ready to make a real impact in supporting young people to achieve their goals and find their place in their community, we’d love to hear from you.
