Junction Support Services is looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to fill multiple casual Residential Youth Worker roles. Work in a dynamic, supportive environment and help adolescents aged 12 to 17 thrive in our 24/7 care units.

What We Need From You:
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV in Child Youth & Family Invention, Youth Work, Disability, Welfare, or Community Services)
Experience in a similar field is preferred but not essential.
A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A current unrestricted driver’s license, Victorian Working with Children’s Check, and Senior First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
About the Role:
Work at the residential unit in Wangaratta, providing vital support to adolescents under child protective orders. Collaborate with a dedicated team to help residents achieve their goals through individualised Care and Placement Plans, ensuring a safe and supportive living environment.
