RETAIL MANAGER

We are currently seeking a Full time Retail Manager to lead our team at Nyngan Truck & Travellers Stop (BP Nyngan) located in Nyngan, NSW-2825.

Duties and Responsibilities

Managing entire outlet.

Interviewing and recruiting new staff based on requirements

Training staff with full functions and procedures and supervising work

Ensuring the achievement of financial objectives and company KPI’s

Organising rosters, staff availability and holidays

Overseeing stock control and receiving orders

Placing orders with wholesalers

Completing operational store requirements such as assigning staff specific duties and projects

Preparing of promotional materials and displays

Promoting and marketing the business to increase sales and maintain growth

Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

Dealing with supplier on regular basis, evaluating supplies and negotiating pricing

Selling products, preparing pricing/discounts/deals based on market scenario and implementing sales/marketing measures

Performing various food safety and hygiene audits

Perform Occupational Evaluation Report, maintaining OH&S

Reconcile cash deposits banking

Inventory management

Making business plan, cash flow analysis to create store profitability

Report customer feedback

Mange payroll

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Relevant diploma required with 01 years of work experience in the occupation.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have impeccable management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Annual Salary: $75000 plus superannuation
