A 50:50 Customer Service and CAD focused role for design focused furniture brand Fleur Studios.

What are we looking for?

This role will combine all areas of customer service from order updates, trade client relationship management to upselling and style suggestions to ensure our clients experience a seamless shopping experience. In between customer service inquiries you will work with the head designer drawing 3D CAD drawings, light renders and tech sheets to send to our workshop for sample production.

This is a 3 day role working Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays which may extend to full time down the track.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, Head Designer and Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in the success of Fleur Studios vision in bringing beautiful furniture design to the world.

Responsibilities

Work closely with our Head designer to convert 2D sketches to 3D packages on programs such as Fusion Autodesk or your preferred 3D design program to achieve the same result.

Notice trends and opportunities and report back to help shape marketing, product collections and the brands next steps.

Respond promptly, insightfully and warmly to customer enquiries online, in the showroom and by phone, embodying the brand persona across all customer touch points for a five-star experience.

Handle customer complaints, feedback and compliments with tact, poise and empathy turning feedback into actionable insights.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges with efficiency and precision.

Things we value:

Experience with Autodesk Fusion or other 3D sketch programs is required and will be tested upon interview.

1+ years of customer service experience with a premium brand (interiors or fashion) is preferred.

Proven ability to communicate and build rapport confidently, clearly and effectively with community and customers.

Excellent organisational and time management skills with a positive can-do attitude.

Experience with Shopify and Gorgias is beneficial.

An eye for interiors and design with a high attention to detail.
