About the role

As a Corporate Officer at Argyle Capital Partners , you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our dynamic and growing investment firm. This position is based in our Brisbane office, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the success of our company while enjoying the benefits of a central city location.

What you'll be doing

Providing support the Corporate operations functions for Argyle, including, but not limited to, HR, IT, Risk, Corporate Services and Investor Services.

Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the office

What we're looking for

Previous experience as an administrative or corporate professional, preferably in a financial services or investment management environment

Previous experience managing the relationship between the managed IT service provider and the business would be preferred.

Understanding of Risk Management Frameworks, including risk registers, maintaining business controls and supplier management.

Proven experience in building trusted professional relationships.

Ability to work well in a small team environment.

A willingness to get involved in a diverse range of daily functions within a small business.

Effective time management and prioritisation skills.

Shows initiative and ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for outcomes.
