The Company:

This is an opportunity to work for a financially stable, family values driven business, which focuses on staff retention and excellent customer experience. They've been operating for 10+ years across the 1st and 2nd home builder space, delivering builds from $300k to $600k.

Due to a stellar reputation and growing numbers, they're now looking to bring onboard a new Site Supervisor to manage 35 homes, across Yanchep & Two Rocks. You will have the full support of an experienced Scheduling team, as well as a dedicated Client Liaison Officer to limit client interactions, aswell as only 1 office day a month, to enable you to get quality homes built, on time!

This is a strategic hire and a newly created run, to ensure the business is looking after the well-being of the team, and to avoid burnout. The environment you'll be joining is trusting, supportive and setup to get the best out of it's people.

The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will have the responsibility for:

• Supervise and manage the construction of single-storey homes
• Allocate materials and trades to job sites
• Ensure timely construction of new homes
• Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner
• Inspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality
• Maintain and updating company systems
• Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinating onsite works
• Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process
