We're on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join a major lifestyle resort project based in Pimpama, on the Gold Coast. This 3-year development will see over 500 dwellings delivered, and we're looking for someone to help drive construction on the ground with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.

About the Role

As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site operations and ensuring your allocated dwellings are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate trades and subcontractors on site

Ensure works are delivered on schedule and to quality expectations

Uphold strict safety standards and site cleanliness

Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams

Report progress to the Site Manager and Project Team

Resolve onsite issues and maintain project momentum

What We're Looking For

Experience supervising residential builds (volume or medium-density preferred)

Strong organisation and communication skills

A proactive and team-oriented attitude

Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (required)

Solid understanding of the build process from slab to handover
