The gig:

Our client is kicking off a brand-new school build in Darwin and we’re on the hunt for a solid Site Supervisor to drive delivery on the ground. You’ll be working with a reputable Tier 2 builder that knows their stuff – delivering quality education spaces (and other impressive projects) across the NT.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating and managing trades on-site – keeping things tidy, safe, and on schedule.
• Reading plans and calling the shots.
• Making sure quality is top notch and compliance is locked in.
• Keeping comms tight with PMs, clients, and subcontractors.
• Staying across WHS like a boss.

What you’ll bring to the party:

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial builds (ideally schools, but we won’t be picky if you’ve built something equally as cool).
• Trade qualified or relevant construction background.
• Leadership that motivates and manages without micro-managing.
• A knack for juggling schedules, site teams, and the odd curveball.
• Bonus points if you know your way around local Darwin subcontractors!
