About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Green Power Development Pty Ltd, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions in Australia. As a Renewable Energy Project Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of renewable energy projects across New South Wales, including the Sydney metropolitan area.

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support to Company Director

Assisting with the preparation of project plans, schedules, and documentation

Supporting the procurement and contract management of project materials and services

Coordinating site visits, stakeholder meetings, and project communications

Monitoring project progress and reporting on key milestones and deliverables

At hoc duties as required

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in a project support or administrative role, ideally within the renewable energy or construction industry

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Office and project management systems

A keen interest in and understanding of renewable energy technologies and their applications

A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude
