This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, security, and accessibility of organisational data across domains

Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead data governance group, to evaluate and make data-related recommendations to the Architecture Review Board.
• Lead data quality initiatives to monitor, clean, and enhance enterprise data assets
• Implement Data Catalog management processes to maintain data lineage to track the flow of data across systems and processes.
• Collaborate with the IT and Security teams to define and implement data security and privacy policies, controls, and procedures, including encryption, access controls, and data masking.
• Leverage data governance tool Informatica cloud to manage data governance, quality, catalogs, lineage, policies etc.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or data quality roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading data governance or integration initiatives in a complex enterprise.
• Hands-on experience implementing governance tools (preferably Informatica) in a cloud or hybrid environment.
• Experience implementing and operationalizing data governance frameworks, including policy creation, stewardship models, and escalation workflows.
• Demonstrated experience establishing and tracking Data Quality Metrics (DQMs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and data health dashboards.
