Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to apply their academic knowledge in a practical, hands-on environment. You will work closely with experienced engineers and production staff to develop, refine, and support the design and manufacture of mechanical components, with a focus on polyurethane applications.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and modification of mechanical parts and assemblies using drafting software.
Support prototype development, testing, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure manufacturability and quality standards.
Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and reports for internal use and client delivery.
Help troubleshoot production issues and suggest practical engineering solutions.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within engineering and manufacturing processes.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in CAD tools such as Inventor (preferred), SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Basic knowledge of materials, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Internship or co-op experience in a mechanical or manufacturing setting is a plus.
