With several new projects in aged care, retirement living, and multi-residential developments coming online, were looking to expand our delivery team. This Technician role has been created to meet growing demand across their design and documentation phases and offers the chance to work on complex, meaningful projects in a collaborative and progressive environment.

As a Technician, you will play a pivotal role in taking projects from design development through to construction documentation. You will support senior team members and project leaders by producing high-quality documentation, resolving technical issues, managing drawing sets, coordinating project information, and contributing to internal and external project meetings. Your contribution will be key to delivering detailed documentation packages with accuracy and care helping bring bold architectural visions to life.

They are seeking a Technician with a minimum of 5 years experience working on complex commercial or multi-residential projects. You will be confident working in REVIT, capable of both 3D modelling and producing 2D shop drawings, and familiar with clash detection processes. You may be playing an integral part in a current BIM team. Your technical eye, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage drawing control across teams will set you apart. You may have studied architecture or a relevant diploma in architectural drafting/documentation is required.
