About the role

In this role, the Construction Team Leader will manage civil & domestic projects in a dynamic hands-on role.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

leading our construction team across a diverse range of projects

coordinating workflows and resources to ensure on-time completion

adhering to on-site OH&S protocols, ensuring everyone returns home safely daily

mentoring junior team members while developing future construction leaders.

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights essential (we cannot provide sponsorship at this time)

Min. Certificate 3 in any construction discipline or equivalent work experience essential

Current drivers license essential (MR and above highly desirable).

Current White Card essential

Proven skills in reading/interpreting site plans with a keen eye for detail

Previous experience in scheduling projects from start to finish

Proven ability to manage and motivate labouring personnel.

Excavator and skid steer experience beneficial.
