The Role

This is a hands-on, collaborative paraplanning position supporting the advice team across research, strategy, and documentation. You’ll work closely with advisers to ensure clients receive clear, compliant, and goal-aligned advice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting research on investment, insurance, superannuation, and retirement products, staying informed on market options and regulatory changes
• Collaborating with advisers to build personalised strategies and financial plans, using projections, modelling, and scenario analysis
• Preparing compliant, high-quality SOAs, ROAs, and supporting documents that reflect each client's goals and circumstances
• Writing clear summaries and reports that outline key recommendations and strategy rationale
• Maintaining documentation and ensuring all advice materials meet compliance standards and internal policies
• Providing technical support through financial planning tools and software, helping ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Participating in professional development and contributing to process improvement initiatives across the business

About You

We’re looking for a structured, proactive paraplanner with strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in financial planning strategy. You’ll ideally bring:

• At least 2 years' experience in a paraplanning or technical support role
• Strong written communication and analytical skills
• Confidence working with financial modelling tools and advice templates
• A relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, or a related field
• Familiarity with financial planning compliance requirements
• A collaborative, solutions-focused attitude and willingness to grow
