The Opportunity

As a key member of our advice team, you'll play a vital role in delivering tailored financial strategies that truly make a difference in our clients' lives.

You’ll work closely with our advisers, supporting them in creating strategic, compliant, and client-centric advice. You'll also have the opportunity to influence the development of internal policies and contribute to the strategic direction of our business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Partnering with advisers to deliver top-tier financial strategies and recommendations

Ensuring all advice aligns with compliance policies and the Dealer Group’s APL

Managing and prioritising paraplanning workflows and turnaround times

Utilising Xplan to generate reports, insights, and implement advice

Supporting the execution of advice strategies with accuracy and care

What We’re Looking For:

RG146 compliant with an ADFS qualification (degree qualifications highly regarded)

Minimum 2 years of paraplanning experience in a financial planning environment

Strong grasp of investment strategies, tax structures, and SoA preparation

Advanced knowledge of Xplan, including xtools, xtools+, Risk Researcher, and IPS

Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — with a natural ability to collaborate and influence
