We are looking for an experienced Paraplanner due to growth (the team have almost no staff turnover).
About the role:
The Senior Paraplanner plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant advice documents and technical solutions to support advisers and enhance client outcomes.
This position involves managing and standardising the paraplanning process, overseeing the delivery of Statement of Advice (SOA) and Record of Advice (ROA) documents, and providing leadership to a growing paraplanning team.
About You:
Minimum of 4 years experience as a paraplanner (3 years may be considered with exceptional skills).
Strong understanding of financial strategies, including trusts, SMSFs, and debt recycling.
Leadership and training capabilities.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Proficiency in adopting and utilising new technologies.
Commitment to maintaining professional development.
