Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise resilience strategies and frameworks
• Oversee business continuity, crisis management, and disaster recovery planning
• Coordinate risk assessments to identify critical business operations and dependencies
• Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to embed resilience into business processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across resilience capabilities
• Manage incident response activities and support post-incident reviews
• Deliver training and awareness programs on resilience practices
• Prepare reports and updates for senior management and governance forums
• Liaise with external partners, regulators, and auditors as needed

What you'll need to succeed:

• Proven experience in business continuity planning/business continuity management, including full lifecycle management preferably from the insurance industry
• Solid background in project management with the ability to deliver under pressure
• Strong knowledge of enterprise resilience, crisis management, and operational risk principles
• Demonstrated ability to develop and embed resilience strategies across complex organisations
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills across all levels
• Ability to navigate regulatory requirements and align practices with industry standards
