What you'll be doing
This position is the overarching manager of Administration Services across Sutherland Hospital. The role provides expert advice and services on all facets of Administration Services and has a specific focus on the provision of a range of administrative support services across Sutherland Hospital to achieve the business and service objectives.
Additionally, the role is responsible for planning, coordinating, leading and managing human, financial, material and capital resources to provide a cost effective, quality service that meets key performance indicators and financial accountabilities of Administration services across the facility.

Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business administration/ Finance/ Health Science/ Management or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills to enhance staff performance, influence workplace culture, and lead change
- Extensive knowledge of contemporary issues in management including financial, human resource and organisational management
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills with a strong customer service approach
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations across a large and complex organisation
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, and other key stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in planning and evaluation at strategic and service levels within a high volume dynamic work environment
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to achieve agreed outcomes, including adherence to strict timelines
