The role is responsible for reporting accurate and timely information, tracking KPIs and financial performance, interpreting data to proactively provide insights for decision making, leading the planning and forecast process and constantly evolving tools and best practice within the Finance function.

Description
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Take ownership of the monthly Executive Finance pack and deliver insights that drive smart business decisions.
- Provide cost center and active customer reporting that empowers managers across the business.
- Lead the forecasting and budgeting process - shaping the numbers that shape our future.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure accurate, meaningful financial forecasts.
- Run dynamic what-if and scenario analyses to help leadership navigate growth and change.
- Streamline reporting with tools like Excel, Power BI, and HubSpot - and turn data into actionable insights.
- Build sleek dashboards and automated reports that keep the business informed and agile.
- Review third-party invoices and ensure revenue share agreements are on point and profitable.
- Develop smart systems and processes that improve revenue and COGS accuracy.
- Become a trusted finance partner to commercial, sales, support, and operations leaders.
- Translate financial results into clear, compelling stories for non-financial audiences.
- Work closely with the global FP&A team to align forecasts, budgets, and performance reporting.
Profile
To be successful in this role you must have:
- CA / CPA qualified with relevant university degree
- 5+ years of experience in commercial finance or similar roles
- Experience working in multi-national environments
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience providing accurate and timely financial reporting
- Ability to design and implement new processes and procedures
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience in complex financial modelling and FP&A
- Strong systems experience, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics BC, Power BI, and Oracle HFM
