ABOUT YOU

• An Experienced Maintenance Plumber looking to Join our Team for the Long Term, Self-Motivated, Works Independently, Good at Diagnosis/Problem Solving.
• Trade Qualified ( ie. Preferred Contractors Licence & OSSF Service & Maintain Licence Endorsement, although we can assist obtain both of these ) – Prefer 3yrs Post Trade and with a Current White Card.
• Current QLD ‘Manual’ Open Drivers Licence.
• Must have Own Hand Tools.
• Have a Strong Work Ethic & Attention to Detail, whom takes Pride in the Quality of Work.
• Great Customer Service & Communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILIITIES

• General Maintenance Plumbing issues - diagnose, repair or replace.
• Can Design, Install, Service & Maintain of On-site Sewage Facilities (OSSF) - Routine Quarterly Servicing & Maintenance forms part of the role.
• Maintain accurate job notes and timesheets.
• Keep the work ute clean, stocked and organized.
• Conduct Professional Communication with both team & clients.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Sound knowledge of the Plumbing & Drainage Codes, Procedures, Equipment Use and WH&S Guidelines.
• Ideally OSSF System Maintain Qualified/Endorsed OR willing to obtain the ‘Endorsement’ ASAP.
• Ideally Contractors Licence held OR willing to obtain the Qualification/Licence ASAP.
