About the Role

You’ll be carrying out general plumbing maintenance across residential rental properties for our real estate clients.

This is a self-managed role where reliability, professionalism, and efficiency are key.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Logging into our scheduling system to check your jobs.

• Attending jobs on time and completing quality workmanship.

• Updating job notes, attaching photos, and invoicing upon completion.

• Communicating clearly and professionally with tenants, property managers, and our internal team when needed.

Typical work includes:

• Hot water service repairs and changeovers

• Leak detection and repairs

• Blocked drains

• Tap, toilet, and fixture repairs

• Appliance changeovers

• Gas line repairs and renewals

We’re looking for someone who is professional, friendly, and organised — someone who takes pride in delivering great service and is keen to grow with us.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5+ years’ domestic maintenance plumbing experience.

• Real estate/property management maintenance experience highly regarded.

• Licensed Plumber (Water, Gas, Sanitary).

• Full Manual Driver’s License.

• Well presented, professional, and excellent with communication.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own jobs confidently.
